Returns & Refunds

Last updated: September 6, 2026

We aim to make returns as simple and transparent as possible. On this page you will find the return process, information on refunds and the distinction between our organisational returns handling and your statutory right of withdrawal.

Register your return

If you would like to return an item, please first register your return with our customer service team. You will then receive the return information applicable to your order as well as a return reference so that your shipment can be clearly allocated.

Please provide the following when registering:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • item and quantity to be returned
  • condition of the goods, in particular whether an original seal has been opened
  • reason for the return (voluntary)

Contacting us beforehand serves solely to ensure that your return is processed quickly and correctly. It is not a prerequisite for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Return process

  1. 1

    Register your return

You register your return with our customer service team, stating your order number, name and item.

  2. 2

    Receive your return instructions

You receive the return address applicable to your order, further shipping information and a return reference.

  3. 3

    Send the goods back

Pack the goods securely for transport and enclose the return reference so that the shipment can be allocated.

  4. 4

    Arrival at the returns facility

Once received, your parcel is matched to the corresponding order and processed according to the stated reason for return.

  5. 5

    Refund

Where a refund is owed, it is generally issued to the same payment method used for the original order, unless something else has been agreed.

Return address

Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address applicable to your return and further shipping information from our customer service team.

Please do not send any goods back before you have received this information. Unannounced shipments may lead to longer processing times. This organisational recommendation does not restrict any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Condition and seal

Please handle products intended for return with care. In the case of sealed products, we recommend opening the original seal only where this is genuinely necessary.

For certain sealed goods, statutory restrictions on the right of withdrawal may apply where a seal has been removed after delivery and the statutory conditions for this are met. Whether such an exception applies in an individual case is determined by the applicable statutory provisions.

Information on the condition of the goods serves solely to process your return. The stated condition does not result in any automatic rejection of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact our support team if your order arrived damaged, contains the wrong item, is incomplete, or was evidently damaged in transit.

Photos are helpful for swift processing, for example of the outer packaging, the product and the shipping label. Submitting photos is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for asserting your rights.

Please do not return damaged or incorrectly delivered goods on your own initiative before you have received return information from our support team. Your statutory rights in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

Return shipping costs

In the case of an ordinary withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods may be borne by the customer, provided this is permitted under the applicable statutory provisions and the customer has been duly informed of it.

For damaged, incorrectly supplied or defective products, the statutory provisions apply.

Refunds

Once a valid return has been received and checked, we will arrange the refund as quickly as possible. Depending on the payment provider and payment method, the actual credit may require additional processing time.

Right of Withdrawal

A return request serves the organisational processing of a return. It is something different from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Where you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, those rights remain unaffected by our returns handling. In particular, the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal may not be made dependent on a return being approved, a reason for return being stated, photos being submitted, the original packaging being available or a return reference being provided, unless otherwise provided by law.

Providing a reason for the return is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
