Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the ordering and delivery of the research products offered through the Premium Peptide online shop. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at https://premiumpeptide.shop/ and to all contracts arising from them between the operator and the customer.

Deviating or supplementary terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless their application has been expressly agreed to in text form.

The version of these Terms published in the shop at the time of the respective order shall apply. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

2. Contracting Party

The customer's contracting party is True Labs Limited, as operator of the Premium Peptide online shop.

The complete provider details are published in the Imprint section. For all matters relating to an order, customer service at support@premiumpeptide.to is available.

3. Intended Use of the Products – Research Purposes Only

All products offered in the shop are supplied exclusively as research material for use in laboratories, for analytical purposes and for scientific research by qualified persons and institutions.

The products are expressly not intended for:

  • use in or on humans, including ingestion, injection, inhalation or application to the skin
  • use in or on animals or any other veterinary use
  • use as a medicinal product or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of disease
  • use as a food, food supplement or cosmetic product, or as a component of such products
  • supply to end consumers for the purpose of any of the aforementioned uses

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they will use the products solely within the scope of the intended use set out above and that they possess the expertise required for the intended handling as well as a suitable working environment.

Information on substances provided in the shop, in the Journal or in other content on this website serves scientific information purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, a recommendation for use, or any statement as to suitability for use in humans or animals.

4. Minimum Age

Orders may be placed only by persons who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity. Orders on behalf of a company or institution may be placed only by persons who are authorised to do so.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet these requirements. Where there are reasonable doubts as to whether these requirements are met, an order may be refused or an order already accepted may be cancelled.

5. Lawfulness of Acquisition, Possession and Import

The legal requirements for the acquisition, possession, import, storage and use of research substances differ from country to country and may change.

The customer is solely responsible for checking, before placing an order, whether the acquisition, import, possession and intended use of the ordered products are permitted at their place of residence or delivery and within the scope of their activity, and whether any permits, registrations or other requirements apply.

No assurance is given that any particular product may be acquired, imported, possessed or used in any particular country.

6. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

The customer places the desired products in the shopping cart, completes the ordering process and, by submitting the order via the final button in the checkout, makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Before submitting, the customer can review their entries in the order summary and correct them using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.

Upon receipt of the order, the customer is sent an acknowledgement of receipt by email. This acknowledgement documents receipt of the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, unless acceptance is expressly declared in it.

The contract is concluded as soon as acceptance of the order is expressly confirmed or the ordered goods are dispatched, whichever occurs first.

The contract text is stored. Customers with a customer account can access their order data in their account. The contract language is German; where the shop is available in a further language, the contract may also be concluded in that language.

7. Prices

The prices stated in the shop at the time of the order, in the currency shown there, shall apply.

Which components are included in the stated price, and whether and in what amount taxes are shown separately, is set out on the product page, in the shopping cart and in the final order summary. Any shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.

Customs duties, import charges, import VAT and any handling or customs clearance fees incurred in the country of destination are not included in the stated prices and are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Payment

The payment methods available are those offered in the checkout at the time of the order. Payment methods other than those offered there are not accepted.

Payment is processed via the payment service provider SpicePay integrated into the checkout. The terms and notices of this payment service provider displayed during the payment process may additionally apply to the processing of the payment.

The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stated during the ordering process. If payment is not completed within the period stated during the ordering process, the order may be cancelled.

9. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this information.

Information on processing and delivery times is approximate unless a binding date has been expressly promised. Delays caused by customs or import controls, transport service providers or force majeure are outside the operator's sphere of influence.

If an ordered product is unavailable after conclusion of the contract, the customer will be informed without undue delay. Payments already made for products not delivered will be refunded. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please check the shipment for completeness and external damage upon receipt. Information on how to proceed in the event of a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery is provided on the Returns & Refunds page.

10. International Deliveries, Customs and Import

For deliveries across customs borders, the import, export and customs regulations of the respective country of destination apply. Shipments may be opened, inspected, detained, returned or seized by customs or supervisory authorities.

As the importer, the customer is responsible for compliance with the regulations applicable at the place of delivery, including any required declarations, permits and charges.

No liability is assumed for measures taken by authorities in the country of destination, unless they are based on a breach of duty by the operator. The customer's statutory rights, in particular in the event of a delivery not properly performed, remain unaffected.

11. Product Information

Product descriptions, images and technical specifications serve to describe the research material. Images may differ from the actual appearance of the packaging, provided this is reasonable for the customer and does not affect the properties of the product.

A particular property of the product is warranted only if it is expressly designated as a warranted property. Information on substance classes, molecular weight or similar parameters constitutes a description of the research material and is not a statement as to suitability for use in humans or animals.

12. Analytical Documentation

Batch-related analytical documents are provided insofar as corresponding documents actually exist for the batch concerned. A request may be sent to support@premiumpeptide.to stating the product and, if an order has already been placed, the order number.

It is not warranted that analytical documents exist for every product or every batch, nor is any particular test method, scope of testing or analytical value warranted, unless expressly declared in an individual case.

Analytical documents relate to the batch examined at the time of examination. They are not a statement as to the suitability of the material for use in humans or animals and do not replace the customer's own incoming inspection within the scope of their research activity.

13. Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. The customer's statutory rights in the event of defective goods are neither excluded nor limited by these Terms.

The condition of the goods is determined by the product description at the time the contract is concluded. As the products are supplied exclusively as research material, the use assumed under the contract is governed by this intended use.

Defects should be reported as promptly as possible to support@premiumpeptide.to with the order number and a brief description. This request serves to ensure prompt processing and is not a precondition for asserting statutory rights.

14. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. The details, the withdrawal period, the legal consequences of withdrawal and the statutory exceptions are set out in the separate Withdrawal Policy.

An electronic withdrawal function is additionally available for exercising the right of withdrawal. It can be accessed via the “Withdraw contract” button permanently displayed in the page footer. Withdrawal may also be declared in any other unambiguous statement to the operator, for example by email to support@premiumpeptide.to.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal can apply only where their statutory requirements are actually met in the specific case. There is no blanket exception for the products offered.

15. Returns and Refunds

The organisational process for a return, the registration of a return and information on refunds are provided on the Returns & Refunds page.

The processes described there serve to organise the return. They are to be distinguished from the exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal and from statutory rights in respect of defects and do not restrict them.

16. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions. Liability is unlimited in cases of intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment of a defect, within the scope of a guarantee assumed, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of ordinary negligence, liability applies only to the breach of material contractual obligations, that is, obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the customer may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Any further liability is excluded. In particular, no liability is assumed for damage arising from the products being used contrary to their express intended use, in particular in the event of use in humans or animals, or from the customer failing to comply with the legal requirements applicable to them.

The above liability provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory grounds of liability remain unaffected.

17. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited in particular:

  • any use of the products contrary to the intended use described in Section 3
  • the resale, supply or transfer of the products to third parties for the purpose of use in humans or animals
  • the repackaging or relabelling of the products in a manner that suggests an intended use other than the actual one
  • placing an order using false information about the person, the delivery address or the intended use
  • using the shop for unlawful purposes or in a manner that impairs its technical operation

In the event of a breach, orders may be refused, a customer account may be blocked and existing contracts may be terminated in accordance with statutory provisions.

18. Data Protection

Which personal data are processed in connection with an order, a customer account, payment processing and contact, on what legal basis this takes place and what rights data subjects have is set out in the Privacy Policy page.

19. Final Provisions and Contact

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the customer acts as a consumer with habitual residence in another state, the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remains unaffected.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board; there is no obligation to do so. Customer service is available directly for any concerns at any time.

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
